Balloon makers work a simple process to create balloons in their different materials, especially when it comes to latex balloons. It all begins pouring ink in a tank and swiping with a small broom to eliminate possible clumps. Then, some agitators mix this ink in the bottom for fifteen hours so that the color activates and the latex remains still, and not frozen.

Once this is done, it is important to eliminate all impurities. For this, a group of nozzles moist the molds with hot water as they pass through some rails. Then a device rotates and introduces the molds in a tank filled with a coagulant that has an electrochemical charge that will attract the color of the latex. Posterior to that, the latex is quickly dried at the same time that a transporting band makes the molds rotate through some swipes to create the balloon mouth.

From there, the balloons are submerged in a hot water tank, and remain in water for sixteen minutes. For the balloon makers, this is a vital process, since this is how they can eliminate all clumps and impurities, like a protein that can generate allergies, for example. The process ends with a powder shower and water so that the extraction from the mold becomes much easier.
